Yeah. I always thought it was just something that everyone had. never realised it was a proper 'thing', like you say. it feels nice.

I don't know what this is, but I think I get this from madlib/jdilla drums. Think it is vinyl noise coming through the release of a compressor.

At one point I was prepared to buy a ACP 88.

Always said it was like a whisper behind my ear. Now I know... it really is a whisper. Thanks for this G, will look into this much further!

ive read about this (theres even a subreddit for it on reddit), but i dont think ive ever experienced it, at least not in the way most people seem to describe it

And I'd just like to point out that I remember a time when I'd learn really interesting new stuff like this on an almost daily basis. Hear a new track, a new artist, a new wrinkle on a political theory, a good book, a new scientific development, whatever. No longer, swhy relatively old timers on the snh are a little grumpy.

Listening to that first video doesn't do it for you? Totally tingling over here. Might have to stop this, it is to the point of like, over stimulation.

I think people who are more susceptible to goose bumps and 'that feeling' when listening to music they love will cum from these videos

Im sure i started a thread on this a while back slating it a bit but then i tried it and fucking loved it, doesnt work if i watch the videos tho, I need to have my eyes shut. And the haircutting one was just weird, made me feel really uncomfortable.

Agreed. Think some of these ladies seem to think it is the content of the video, but IMO, just the sounds.

It was visual to me as much as auditory. The content just gave it a more creative spin. The second girl I showed actually has body language and vocal tone all the way down to the smallest detail.

This track kinda does it, a little. Tingling pleasure in the static.

Soundcloud

Should link this thread to that dude doing a paper on static and vinyl crackle.
