looking for a tune

since i've had bad luck finding out a tune in the "what's that tune.." thread and especially as this is more of a house type of thing i thought i might have a better luck in the house forum. i've heard this track a lot of times but still have no idea what it is

a 4x4 tune with a guy singing on it hooks like like "tears stain the floor" "your wounds are salted raw(?)" and "now i've found it" throughtout the track.. hard to give any more info on it, there is this 303ish bass thing also but thats it.. thought it was a radiohead remix or something but haven't found the tune yet.. help me out pls!
