I posted this about 2 weeks ago, but I just learned how to side-chain and compress my mixes and sounds.

Also, what sub-genre of Dubstep would this be categorized into?

Sounds a bit over compressed at times, like the kick has had some of it's transients taken away and is sounding a bit flat as a result. As for sub-genres, not sure there is one. Can it not simply be dubstep?
