I think you're on the right track, you just need to make it less consistent and change it up a bit, like the previous comment said, don't wobble the whole thing, try a melody, if not, so be it and make music in your own way. your bassline doesn't need to sound like something somebody else has done before!

Good basis, but as per the above you don't need to have the whole thing with an LFO on it. Think of the bassline as two main parts - the sound and the melody. Get those two complimenting each other then apply the wobble where the feel of the bassline dictates it should go.
If that makes sense.
