hey can someone please tell me what i should do i have the new imac that has no firewire jack and a focusrite saffire pro 14 firewire interface and i was told you can't use a firewire to usb cuz it's not compatible cuz there different signals so i need help thanks in advance

Doesn't it have a Firewire 800 port and not 400? If so try this

Otherwise you may just be SOL unless apple has a native solution...
