Easy Guys!
Check out my latest tune, forthcoming Phantom Hertz Recordings in February!
Soundcloud
- 'Once again Vanity is back with his razor-sharp production skills. His latest work ‘Aikido’ (forthcoming on the new Phantom Hertz compilation ‘PH001’ sometime late February) is like a tribal journey through the African soundscape. Pounding drums lead the way, creating a forward momentum that just can’t be broken. A warm pad rises and falls in the background like the Mediterranean and opens up for the incoming filtered percussion just before the drop. When the drop hits you’ll know about it; the tamed sub line is well in sync with the drums and percussion, keeping the tune rolling along nicely. Also adding to the atmosphere are the variety of reeses/mids which add a little bit more flavour to the track, but are kept under control so not drawing attention away from the drums and percussion. Another polished piece from another name to watch out for this year – no doubt this will go down a treat.' - M.A.K.Z (DDDD Blog)
