Not in an expensive or chaotic way...
I just like to feel the light and space of new places...
eat some food - see some monkeys maybe - you know - the fawna
I really like old cities - but as I age, the remote and ancient are becoming more attractive...

I oughtta just get in my car and drive - I've never really seen the north/central - north/western parts of the States...
Although to do that now would be stupid - should be doing the southern route this time of year...
Take the coastal highway all the way to Miami - the Keys - up and over to NewOrleans - back up towards Memphis - Nashville
Eat a bunch of catfish, hush puppies, and BBQ...muffaletta and cuban sandwiches
come back fatter than a rat - all the way down the east coast - get ready
Eat at the top ten Michelin starred restaurants.
Go to the southern US states and visit the BBQ competitions.
Complete a year long Burger tour of America.
Open my second restaurant and build a Smoker, Tandoor and wood fired oven.
Learn how to keep Bees.
