Id for a 90's/ early 00s chart house tune.

Keep getting a vocal loop stuck in my head from a tune I'm sure I am remembering from waaaay back when I was still in early secondary school. The tune is probably shite but until I can hear it again I'm going to continue thinking it was actually good.

The ONLY bit of info I can give is that it had a female vocal loop saying ''Its got to be me'' or ''gotta be me'' or something like that.

Any ideas people?

classic tune ;-)
I have always thought that the way Armand cutted it, she instead sings "it's got to be big" ... :?

the original is weird enough.... no doubt that Joanna Newsom have been listening a bit to Tori Amos. ;-) listen here:

There was some story about Tori Amos didn't approve of the remix, but ended up being convinced (probably due to it's succes). Anybody know the story?
