I've been searching through the how to make this sound board for awhile because I know I've heard someone explain how to make this sound before but I can't seem to find it.

Sounds similar to 0:33 in this song. It sounds like heavy stabs or knocking on a door or something like that. Not sure where to begin...

It's just using the performer lfo in Massive or something similar.

Yes, but I'm looking more at creating the same type of timbre. Obviously I can cut up samples all day but I haven't been able to get a similar sounding "heavy stab."

I know how to arrange it I'm just having trouble with the actual sound.

Hmm. Ok, well then from what I'm hearing there's some kind of fast-rolloff "sharpness" (resonance? BP?) envelope, fwiw.
