Greetings, Dubstepforum.

First off, I was unsure of where to put this thread, so I apologize if I posted it in the wrong place.

I've been making EDM for over a year. Lately, (or rather, for the past 9 months,) I haven't been able to put out a finished tune. If I make a great bassline, I can't make a decent drum loop to go with it. If I manage to, I can't get an intro to it. If I make a good intro, I can't write a bassline for it. I use mainly Massive and work in FL Studio. I've tried switching DAWs and I end up just getting frustrated. I'm comfortable working in FL. Before my last release, I had no problems like this. It's just like all my creativity was put into my last tune.

I listen to a whole lot of music and sometimes I get really inspired and try to make something, and nothing comes out. It's like I have a bunch of puzzle pieces but they're all for different puzzles. It's getting frustrating and disappointing. Does anyone have any tips for me?
