You can get pretty similar results using sylenth, basic square/saw with the square pitch up one octave, some distortion (the overdrive setting) and modulating the filter (lowpass) cutoff. Also, ramping up the filter's drive and resonance amounts helps. Add chorus and reverb to taste.
