No, I don't think this is trolling. These people are definitely real. I'm guessing he genuinely thought there was something cool about combining shitty rap with a wobbly tune that sounds like a Casio keyboard demo and adding ridiculous sci-fi-ish lyrics on top, because that's just how white people think sometimes.
