Recording with Traktor

Post by Daveb » Wed May 29, 2013 9:11 pm

Currently just got my traktor setup with time code vinyl, allen and heath xone22 mixer and a maya 44 soundcard,
I have 2 rec outputs from my mixer but i have no more space in the soundcard?
Can i use splitters for the rca outputs and inputs to make 2 more spaces for the record in to the soundcard?

Any help is very much appreciated !

Thanks :)

Im pretty sure splitters wont work as Traktor will pick up the main mixer output as well as the timecode signal. Its like when you play a record when its set to timecode input. I reckon you'll have to get some sort of external recording device. The only other way without buying anything that I can think of is using something like mixlr. Its a audio streaming service which records whatever you stream and posts on your profile afterwards. Hope this helps
