Re: Lunch Meat - Oscar Mayer(dubstep)(Feedback?)
haha I like the mad spoken samples
Here are a few bits that you could look at if you want to make your song sound a bit more polished:
I think the whoosh sound in the intro and the vocal might be a little too loud or dry, they could do with sitting back in the mix a bit imo.
I would also fade them in a little not just volume wise; stuttered, time stretched just before it comes in so it doesn't appear from out of the blue if you see what I mean.
I would probably chop that little bit off the clip in the drop as well, i think it is probably not meant to be there.
I think the drums lose a bit of their punch when the main bass comes in....might just be my dodgy hearing though!
I like your lead synth and the intro part reintroduced in the main section work nicely together.
Keep it up mate, some nice ideas here! Also, because it is going to bother me - Where is the intro vocal sample from
?
Cheers,
Piesy

Love the idea to this song, sounds great just a tad bit too dry, which I suspect you are just sharing a "WIP" With us but If I may, Just by looking at the waves on here, the high notes can be compressed a little more to match with the rest of the song, the vocal clips sound and are in the perfect spot, really cool just sound I believe a little too loud and not enough Delay/reverberate Sounding, Personally.
The Drop, it is really cool but right when it goes into the wobbles that high pitched, recognizable "LISTEN" sample kind of feels out of place.
The Drums, I feel like they are too "hollow" feeling, maybe needs more stuff like crash symbols, another Snare, More hi hats, ect.
The Wobbles, the design of them, the construction of the song in a whole is wonderful to me and just seems as though it needs a little polishing, but the wobbles are frikken dope!

@MrPies, thanks for the heads up! I'm working on the rest of the mixing as we speak, this will definitely help me out.
I actually noticed the loss of the punch in my drums after i posted this, so you can bet that was the first thing i tweaked.
Thanks for the pointers and glad you like this track!
BTW, the vocal clips are from Family Guy, Buzzkillington
