Even if it were a problem with FL Studio (some how doubt that), rewiring in Ableton probably wouldn't fix it since the audio is still live inside FL Studio.

Hmm I know it's hard to believe that it has something to do with Fl studio. I just don't know what to do anymore. Doesn't matter to what type I export to, it still sounds degraded when exported.

Check your main os driver and make sure there isn't an eq like beats or something that might interfere with your audio. Fl studio wouldn't be affected because it uses asio drivers.

I've rendered with both asio and my primary. It sounds better when rendered with primary but it's still a lot worse than the track live in fl.

It doesn't sound different if you render with or without asio, asio is just used for playback within FL Studio. Sure you dont have any audio enhancers enabled? No effects on the master bus?

It just sounds a bit fuller now. In fl it sounded warmer, and I missed that when I exported it. Now it sounds a lot better

I presume it was just clipping. FL cleans that up for you in realtime but your rendered files will expose you.

Mix down quieter and you'll stop having this issue.

I don't understand - you've not explained what you did to fix your problem. Was it clipping or was it something else?

If he's been working on it for a while, I guess it wasn't because his mix bus was clipping :)

I've been working on this tune for quite a while now and it really sounds sick IMO.
But when I export it , the quality is shitty. (eventhough wav 512 point-sinc or mp3 320 kbps)
Here's a sample
Soundcloud

The highs are a lot louder and the lows a lot quieter when exported. It just sounds not as fresh

This has probably something to do with FL Studio. I'm thinking of wireing fl into ableton and then export my sound via ableton.
turn off ur fuken eq lol
if its not in whatever media player you use check your soundcard settnigs

Stupid thread.

Mention what you did to fix the problem so others can learn.
If the problem was relating to a PEBKAC error then I understand not wanting to reply in here.

This^ you're most like opening in windows media player/winamp that has an eq setting.... most newer phones, ipods have eq thats making it sound different than in your static FL.
