can't find a link to it, but "Insurgency" by Frontline on PBS is the best take on the current wars imo from a vet.

At least 51% of all food you eat needs to be raw so your body won't attack? Is this a joke? Your body doesn't care about percentages, it cares about absolutes. It needs it enough nutrients and to absorb them. I would buy that you need a good balance of raw and and cooked food, but there are no percentages in nutrition.
