Occasionally I run into a person or a being
who seems to come from a higher level of consciousness,
is more finely evolved or has access to deeper knowledge.
They're not obviously alien but are relaxed with their being different
and inevitably bring a message, however cryptic at the time.

one of my fave encounters was running into Yoganada in Katmandu
(I mightn't be enlightened but I can drop cool names)
He was going past in a rickshaw when I recognized him.
Sensing my attention, he turned & smiled at me & called out "Time is great".
I thought Wow, that's Yogananda & he's telling me time is great.
Which is probably true.
He was supposed to be dead at the time.

I think it's entirely dependent on perspective. I think people are more likely to consider someone to be of a 'higher level of consciousness' if they feel that those people answered questions that they're looking for themselves, with answers they're comfortable with. Taking their questions to a conclusion they like. And the way people conduct themselves can massively impact your perception of them, we're all susceptible to that.

I think it's kind of immeasurable. Not just empirically but also personally.

I feel like Jah Shaka has access to knowledge on a different level, he comes across as a very deep and inspired man.

While I'm typically one to be...superstitious?...sometimes I just think we need to believe somebody better than our self is stirring the ship.

SD5 , You're best bet is heading to the dmtnexus forum for this kind of discussion. There is quite a few threads on the topic, with a lot of diverse opinions.

I've encountered a fair few entities and beings, both while under influences and on the astral. Some very abstract , some with recognizable features, and some that i feel connecting with my mind stream and energy body without actually seeing.

It's hard verbalizing usually but for those who have experienced various kind of altered states, the idea that there may be more 'fluid' levels of conciousness beyond the current spectrum we're tuned in to isn't too crazy to accept.

recently I had to go on IV antibiotics for a week, and I kept having dreams where entities would guide me through. I remember having full on conversations with them too, as I was still concisous for most of the time.

injecting drugs is weird

it avoids the extra-terrestrial cliches
your experience reminds me of a series of encounters when I was living remotely in a little cabin.

I'd been increasingly bugged by old injuries to my neck & head
when one night I woke to my head being turned & adjustments being made to my neck & cranium.
I felt the pressure of insertions and deep manipulations by something that knew exactly what was needed.
Over the next month this happened a few more times and the previously debilitating conditions resolved.
I've never really made up my mind what the agency was but had the impression that it was by way of a preparation...
like, I needed fixing in order to efficiently fulfill some function (that presumably I didn't need to know).

Which reminds me of a similar but different incident when I was much younger.
But I'm not sure that was an encounter so much as a powering up.

When a Christian says on this very forum he knows God and has encountered the Holy Spirit it is quickly passed off as hysteria, delusion or something similar. When we are encountering beings in a state of existence beyond the realms of typical human brain function it's perfectly plausible and not at all mocked and logically disassembled. Double standards people.

the difference is that we were high at the times we spoke of. I know those entities weren't "real", but rather just my subconscious communicating personal issues with me - it was just more blunt (in a way) compared to a standard dream.

how is that a double standard?
