I don't understand how this is a part time wages thing. Are you hiring a studio engineer/musician? or are you bringing a 4th member in as a partner? And you haven't provided any form of credentials or portfolio? This smells like a shafting waiting to happen.

This would probably be more enticing if it didn't read like a salesmans canned responses. Just be fucking real.
like:
"Yo, me and 2 buddies are working on a drum and bass project. We've got our music theory down pat, but realized we could use someone who's stronger with drums"
Things you've said like "its just the way the project has evolved.. // the 4th person would be a specialist programmer / beats" Just translates to me as "we realized we suck at fucking drums but want to spin it"
and I didn't mean to imply that you were scamming, just that if you pay someone as a studio musician or engineer on a per track basis, and one of those tracks happens to make you a million dollars... well you've already paid the "Specialist Programmer" so he'd pretty much be shafted.

Mate of mine could easily provide tons of interesting breakbeats etc.. But this is just not the way it works imo.
