I wish that video didn't have shitty backing music. Nice video and clearly explains stuff I've read about before.
Kinda similar to how I mix already but I'm definitely going to make an effort to look into this properly.

I always do, I have meters set up for all 3 levels. Although I will jjust use VU meters sometimes.
I like the chance to have some dynamic range!
