Ez all,

By this way we'd like to announce the arrival of Blastoze - a free dubstep fanzine, made by the scene and for the scene. Blastoze is made with the help of an over-motivated graphic designer, a couple of 'amateur' content-providers, proof-readers and web designer.

#1 will feature interviews with:

Vex'd (Planet Mu)
DJ Distance (Planet Mu, Hot Flush, Chestplate)
Tes La Rok (Argon, Red Volume, Bare Dubs, NarcoHz, Contagious)
Marlow (Storming, Hot Flush, Boka)
BunZer0 (Aeclectrick, Sub FM)
Mate (Warriorz, After12, Urgent FM)
Reload-Radio (reload-radio.com)

Furthermore there'll be dubstep 12" reviews, a UK streetwear documentary on Supremebeing, graffiti corner with Polak (IKS-crew) in the picture/in the piece!, an interview with special acts madman Jimmy Hardcore etc.

Distribution is done by:

ST Holdings – UK
Lowlands – BeNeLux

You will be able to get Blastoze via (online) record shops, skate and streetwear shops etc. If you want to make sure that you'll have a copy, you can also order one by transferring a small amount of money (for p+p costs) but we'll give more details 'bout it next week.

More info soon ...

Thanks for the support, Janner!!

But it's not only me who made Blastoze! There's Oxidizer who put a shitload of his free time into all the graphic work and gave Blastoze a mind-blowing sci-fi lay-out, there's Marlow, Ramadanman, cjpa and you who read through all the interviews/articles (we're ducth-speaking and so we make mistakes when writing in english :) ), also a very big shout out to cjpa who's desiging the website etc.

more news soon ;)

its crazy this had to come out of belgium, woulda thought a zine of somekind would pop out in england at some point. i run a little free, b&w zine here in amsterdam that i base off of old punk zines (but with different content). glad to see something like this happening, looks like its gonna be a solid little mag, just surprised it didn't happen in england first. the sound is spreading

UK, Belgium, Netherlands, USA, Germany ... a scene is not limited to borders , is it? There are UK people involved in the proof-reading and some more will collaborate on #2 ...

Which zine are you doing?? (we used to run a hc/punk zine a few years ago called 'time will tell' ... if you want a copy, i can always send you one ;) )
