I don't even try playing my music at parties. People in 'merica just don't get it. I wish I lived in London. I have a whole theory that it has to do with the beat. The 2 step garage beat and breakbeats in general (except for hiphop, for some reason) are just not understood by most americans I don't think. We're used to a simple 4 on the floor. That's all we can handle. And people feel uncomfortable when they hear music that they aren't familiar with.
