I sincerely think this african vibe is going to be the next big thing in the production world!
Somebody got some information on this? Tunes, Alan lomax shit, techniques, ...
P.S. Take some time to see this Real scenes series, it's really really really good!

Dude... You are from south africa!
Give me some names! It's really hard to find anything but black coffee!
Really feeling your productions btw, what's the vocal sample in warlord? And how do I find stuff like that?
I picked up this track a couple of years ago from Culoe De Song from South Africa. I dig it.
That isn't the whole track, just a snippet.

Great stuff!
I love those vocals! Somebody can push me in the right direction for some vintage tracks like that? (Not house tunes, "African tribe" tunes)

I just had the chance to skim through that video you posted and that song I posted is the first song in the background.
The South African House scene has been pretty big for awhile and getting noticed elsewhere in the world.
I would like to hear some other styles.

Other african orientated styles?
Me too... Not really keen on the south african house thing, it's a bit to Western imo! I'm really searching for some raw rythms and this typical african vocal style tracks!
Something like Omar souleyman, but not that style! More jungle
I thought alan lomax archive would be a great starting point... But it's mainly gospel, blues & fucking country!
