Hey,
New to the forum and production. Been involved passionately with the music for a couple years now. Been passionate for music since I was born. What's good?

Welcome to the forum! All good this side, finished off my last song yesterday and a full day off today to crack on with a new one which I'm excited about!

Fully expected this to be a shitty noob thread asking for a bunch of information that's already abundantly available but it turned out nice.
Outbound I'm diggin that classic bass and snare. Bigups. Not jazzed about the trappy hats though namsayin. But good vibes all around. What synth is that? Sounds like most of the character is actually just resampled tops put in a sampler. FM8 source with mad unison maybe? Could either be really simple or really complex hahah Can't pin it.

Welcome all
Am working on modulating 8 different parameters for a single drone note and manipulating them over the course of a piece to create a single evolving tone.
Also wondering what patch Huxley is using in his 10min tune video for those lush pads.

Welcome to to forum.
I've been listening to a lot of noise and power electronics the past couple days. Making me totally re-evaluate my output.

Thanks man, tbh I have no idea how I got that bass sound!
I might have used albino or something incredibly simple like that. Deffo didn't use FM8 though.

Yeah I feel you. I love having phantom patches where I have no idea how I got there.

I'm gonna start welcoming everyone back to the forum every time they post. Nothing like a warm reception after a lengthy romp through the treacherous lands of facebook and email inboxes. Not to mention the hourly pilgrimage to the pisser.

Cause it feels like even more of a waste of time than production

Plus I gotta navigate through the boards instead of just scrolling over to the production tab, hitting F5, seeing all blue thread icons, sighing, and scrolling back to whatever i was doing. I guess I could have a tab for a production and a tab for the hideout but that's commitment and I already have 100 tabs at a given time.
I was browsing there a while back at 5am though when I was trying to reset my sleep schedule.
