Kenton Slash Demon, any ideas how the make their tunes?

Hi all I thought I'd post on here to see if anyone can help me writing some tunes with similar vibes to Kenton Slash Demon in particular their song Sun

The whole thing seems to be chops & slices of various tunes but they put it together in such an original way!
Have you any ideas how they achieve the vibe and how to slice tunes together like this!
I mean I can chop up various tunes and rearrange MK dub style but these guys are something else!
Any help would be appreciated!
