Hey guys, so I started listening to dubstep a few years ago, but recently I've been getting into trap music. I've noticed a few mixes of dubstep and trap and I've really liked them. I'm just wondering if you guys have any good mixes and how you go about mixing them since. Dubstep is generally 140 bpm, but what's trap?

This ones pretty good:

So I've heard trap music if between 140-170, so I'm guessing you can just pull out the 140 stuff and mix it right with dubstep. As far as mixes, there's a few decent ones on the trap music forum.

Trap is anywhere from 115 to 160 and beyond. A big ass chunk of it is at 140 too, and is extremely easy to mix with dubstep.

trap is a subgenre of hip-hop that originated from the south (united states). Now all the brostep kids want to fuck with the hood and pop mollies. :o:

Basically yeah. It was a term used to describe a type of hip hop I personally like, now it's a term mainly used by a bunch of kids turning rap beats into brostep.
