Pitch plugin anyone?

Hi!
I'm trying to create the classic "pitch-rise" on a combination of snares before the "drop".
I'm struggling with this because i can't find any good plugin that can create this effect.
I've tried Logic's own "AUpitch" but that really sounds crappy when the snare gets to the highest pitches.
Do anyone have a plugin for Logic Pro that can make the job?
Thanks in advance!
/Leo

Can't you just automate the pitch of your sampler?

Yeah that's true, i never use samplers so i didn't even think of that. But i'll try it out with ultrabeat and see how it turns out, thanks for you answer!

I was assuming you're snare was in somekind of sampler. In FL for stuff like this I just automate the pitch of the default sampler, idk if you can do that in Logic.

Not sure how Logic runs shit but usually you can pick from a few different pitch shifting algorithms optimized for different material. Try out a few different options.

Put sample in a sampler and just draw your pitch on the piano roll.. So much more control and fun!
