Feels quite loopy and a bit empty. The sample gets a bit overused, particularly towards the start of the tune, and the beat programming you've got going on is quite repetitive for the early part (although it does pick up around 3m40s).
I'd suggest maybe varying the arrangement a bit more...for a tune over 5mins long there isn't a lot of variety to keep things interesting.
