My needles seem to be fine as they work fine with vinyl and also the trace looks ok. Im using new cables so they should be fine. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? thanks

Traktor Scratch Pro Problem: Unknown Medium 45 Calib Failed
Hi, im trying to get traktor scratch pro working using my technics and a NI audio 4 dj interface. Im able to get audio playing from traktor and also reacting to the control vinyls being moved, but i am getting the error message "Calibration failed, check needles and record" and also "Calib failed, Unknown medium 45". Although the tracks are playing, they are locked at a pitch of -8 for some reason, as can be seen in the image:
