Liking the Dirty Harry (?) sample you've got in there. Usually not a fan of the noisy midrange stuff, but this is done nicely. The sound processing and atmospherics come together to give it a really gritty vibe to things.

Beat programming could benefit from some variation towards the latter half of the tune, 5mins is quite a long time to have the same drum programming
