What kind of vocal effects and processing is this?

What kind of processing is going into the creation of this sort of voice effect? It's very weird and subtle, but I don't think it's as simple as a vocoder.

I'm trying to emulate it or get similar types of voice processing in Ableton. I know he's fond of hardware, and he's posted the board setup for his voice before:

Anyone have any ideas or starting points?

I'm pretty sure you know there is loads of reverb, but I can hear a slight amount of phaser. It also sounds like they used some sort of muffle effect and eq'd the fuck out of it. Yea, I probably didn't help at all, but I'm just saying what I know.

Fair enough, man, thanks for trying to help anyway :Q:

Such a unique sounding effect.

hey cool vox

no ideas over what youve already suggested, vocoder, verb, pitch alteration, definitely some delay at the start, maybe a little bit of phaser.

tbh, just send the band or the singer guy a message, if theyre sound they will reply to you with some advice (Y)
