The sample is from a Joanna Newsom tune called "The Book of Right On".

As for the Clouds tune -- i played this tune the other night at a show in Harrisburg, PA. 2 pullups. Sick sick sick tune.

too much is and will be a dubplate, the vocalsample was never aproved for release from the original artist.
