Bass Players of SNH

I picked up the Bass recently and am really getting into it. I mess around with my dad for some sort of lessons, but it would be nice to have some easy songs that I might not really know, just to mess around with on my own time. So if anyone knows some easy ones off the top of their head, it would be much appreciated. :corndance:

i played bass for many years in a metal band... I would suggest one thing, just like producing, practice playing whole songs all the way through, start to finish it will pay off in the long run

when I started I was practicing a lot of classic rock type stuff... led zeppelin, black,sabbath etc it has a good combination of melodic and fast paced

also, are you playing with or without a pick? just curious

First album or two from Jamiroquai if you like 'em. Some parts can be hard though but rewarding. (bass playing guy I know told me this btw)
