I lurk every so often on this board to see what people are into these days. Always interesting to see what people are listening to now.
Seemed like both Hiders (80's moroderish synths?) and Come Down to Us are kind of a nice progression for Burial. Glowing samples as you would expect, but a different kind of 80's balkan vibe for each of those tracks- a lot more emotional sounding than his last EP, though. Rival Dealer is good, but I found it a bit more standard for his sound.
On first listen, i like it more than his last one. Getting a bit tired of his 4 to the floor sound like the middle bit of 'Rival' though. I like the new direction, and the 'mixtape' format suits these songs well

loving rival dealer. i'm not a big fan of burial and never have been but this shit sounds really nice.

sounds good, not surprising. nice sounds as per usual. 2nd track proper RΔP beat. good to hear burial on a different tip. prolly good songs as well but i just skipped through em
