How would you categorize a 70BPM song with snare on half Beat O.o?

kick on 1 snare on 3.

It's not just the tempo that characterises the song so couldn't say tbh

I've made a Tune Like that and can't really categorize it.
Slow As Fuck, Half-Half Step a new genre? LoL

That would be 35bpm or 70bpm half time.

The emphasis put on tempo in this forum is astounding.

sometimes I drop to 70 to not have a sample sound as awkward with time stretching and have to re position my drums. Every time I have listened to a 140 halfstep sequence at 70, its sounded terrible.
