There are certain songs that are incredibly euphoric and i really enjoy them because usually these songs are the songs that are incredibly well done. I think that everything has to blend very well together to in order for a song to make you feel an emotion. Like you cant have these upbeat sounds and a super depressing key/melody and vice versa. Ill start off with this song
This is probably one of my favorite songs ever and its pretty cool because i read about the meaning behind this song and the artist was sitting in the window seat of a plane overlooking what was "SO beautiful" that he just had to write a crazy concoction of a beat to describe what it was that he was seeing.
But like i dont even know what key this is in!? The sounds in this song are also just crazy incredible and really couldnt pick apart over half of them (especially the intro). All i could really say about the sound design in this is that the break at 2:30 sounds like sine waves. Like even the sub bass sounds warm instead of harsh.
What are the elements that can give a song an emotion - euphoric or depressing?
And does anybody else know any really euphoric songs that they wanna talk about or tell me about so i can go check them out? and if anybody wants to rant with me ive got a couple more songs that id really like to talk about.
Can we talk euphoric sounds, songs, progressions, etc.?

Re: Can we talk euphoric sounds, songs, progressions, etc.?
this will probably make me sound like a vain tnuc but oh well
i think my latest song is really euphoric, gives me goosebumps almost every time.. (when I make tunes, I make them mainly for me to listen to myself)
I would say a big part of making euphoric tunes is having a good lead and making this lead contrast with the bass and drums
Drums sort of lock everything together
this track is fucking unreal to, dem feels
