viewing relationships....

If I had viewed my previous love interests...
with the intention of creating a family....

I would be a virgin to this day.

In fact - When the abortion option came off the table for me - as I aged....
I didn't just loose interest in sex....I was straight up afraid of it.

- I absolutely did not want to accidently have his kid.

and I left him.

So I can say absolutely - the culture around sex would change.

I'm suffering from this dumb shit now.

Guys look a lot different through "Daddy Glasses" - I fuckin' hate it.

Why is the abortion option off the table for you? What's wrong with the various contraceptive pills that 100 Million women seem to do alright with?

Can always double up with a condom. There's no need to be afraid of the conception aspect of sex in 2014 unless you're a fundamentalist.

I was searching for that family guy clip where meg has been taking it in the ear but youtube has pulled all but the cam pointed at TV fodder.

I'm pretty sure this is a latent punk rock thing...

ok

I've got the stupid baby glasses on - and I can't get up...

Tell me the thing about contraception again...

Fuckin' Terpit...

And for the record: I look good through daddy glasses. :glasses:

But seriously now:

This is not a bad thing necessarily. The heightened selectivity means that when you meet Mr. Maroon, he will stand out like a febrile Bikram yogi thru a nightscope. You will know right away. "Oh! There you are!" you'll say. And he will spot you holding the rifle with the nightscope and say "Please don't kill me." It will be true love. ;-)

One of my issues...

I don't hang around long enough these days, being strung out - to even get to know anyone...
Mostly because I'm not strung out..

Really haven't progressed into the cocktail party thing - nope errr gross

Maybe I should get a job like Hudmo - cleaning puke from club toilets...
That will keep me around at all hours - of all the time....

and if I don't score a date - I can always sneak onto the system to practice levels...

Don't feel guilty about this. Guilt is a debt owed, but never paid. You're already paying for this.

not feeling guilty at all tbh. it's more like i feel like i'm limiting my options somehow, but i don't want to drop my preferences for the sake of finding someone new. then again, maybe it's not time to invest in something new. still "recovering" from my last ex (the first one that really got to me). and that was months ago. it all feels weird to me. haven't been properly single at all in the last 6 years or so. it was always the case of jumping into new things straight away (most of which ended badly) or cheating, and i don't really want to be like that again. and now i keep seeing different girls, but after we fuck, go out a few times etc i realize there's nothing there and i just end it because it feels like i'd be wasting my time (as well as the other person's) and it's not worth it. don't need the drama atm.

sorry for the emo post guise :w:

Do you know what your problem is? You're searching for love. It's a bit cliche to say, but love doesn't come when you're search for it. I'm not saying that you have to stop showing initiative, but don't worry or get in relationships just for the sake of having a relationship. Just make fun and then the chance will be bigger that the one will pop up.

Or fuck relationships and be a playah. 8)

i get that, but i can't really have fun if i feel like there's nothing there, you know? just feels like i'm doing it for the sake of doing it

And what if you're gonna start dating with zero expectations? And why is it such a drama that you're 'wasting time'? It may maybe no fun, but doesn't that goes up for everything? Life mostly start outside of your comfort zone. A long-term relationship doesn't also exist based on love on first sight, but more on accepting each other. It's better to be friends in a relationship then be lovers.

^This guy.
Basically In my life time short as it is, long term relationships require a deep understanding of the other individual. Whether this takes a long time or whether you both work hard to understand each other. communication!

don't have that many expectations, it's just that i can't really see a point in doing it if i don't "click" with the other person. and i don't mean love at first sight or w/e, it's more like finding the other person interesting, intriguing etc

atm i'm stuck with this girl i went out with a few times and now she thinks we're going to get all serious n shit, and it's really not the case. and she keeps calling and texting and wants to go out and can't take a fucking hint :u: - pretty much what i meant by wasting time for both parties involved
