Ableton Live Set Question
Whats up guys, a few months ago I got an MPD32 for my music production. Ive been learning about live sets and watching videos of ppl like Dibiase, Baths, Flying Lotus etc. and Ive learned the initial concept of what I want to do. The problem is, I make my beats in Fl Studio 10, not in Ableton. I want to do my first set to a beat I made last night, is it possible to track out each individual instrument and import into Ableton for the set?? Or is there an easier way? Its actually not really a set, since its just one beat im doing. Thanks guys
Re: Ableton Live Set Question
Why not use FL's Performance mode that was introduced in v11...you're entitled to a free upgrade from v10 via the ImageLine website.
Re: Ableton Live Set Question
Hmmmmm...I actually didnt know anything about that lol, i'll check it out, but I just had wanted to use Ableton because all my colleagues had suggested it to me, but thanks man!
Re: Ableton Live Set Question
I don't know much about FL, but just export the stems and throw them in Ableton, slice em up and throw em in a drum rack. Happy pad mashing!
Re: Ableton Live Set Question
