Need Help with second monitor sound issue

I'm using my TV as a second monitor, via HDMI cable.
Now, I would like to have it so that when I put, for example, a football stream on the TV, for the sound of the Stream to come through the TV, whilst still being able to play music, games etc on the PC monitor.

The problem I encounter is here

I only have the option to choose a default sound device. I can either choose the PC speakers OR the TV. Does anybody know of anyway to get the sounds to both be useable at once? Am I missing something obvious? I feel like this should definitely be possible since two Speakers and the TV both use different drivers...

Cheers if you can help! :W:

Thanks for the link, I tried it but it didn't work. Then I fiddled about with my catalyst audio settings but it wouldn't really let me do anything with those either. Then I went back to playback and set the realtek speakers as default again and all of a sudden the sound stayed on my TV.
I have absolutely no idea why and I'm scared to turn everything off incase it stops working

I'm just going to put it out there: I don't think Catalyst can do this.

You need what is called multiclient drivers, and Catalyst doesn't got it, as far as I know. But I don't know much, let alone everything :)

Best of luck.
