I'm CeLL. I have a track entitled 'Doors of Perception' on Tempa Records.

I was never given a contract to sign, and they have still never paid me and it was released in 2009 and again appears on 50 Tracks of Tempa (released 2012.)

I've tried to contact them but they refuse to speak with me.

Thought Tempa was supposed to be Big Players--- They truely played me!!!!

I've got lots of music I've made but for last 5 years Ive not sent it to anyone because I don't know who to trust???

Any legit Labels out there interested in me?

I've sought legal advice and best thing I could do is re-release Doors of Perception myself as it is still my property. Guess I could add it to an E.P , I'd rather remix it first though... for fuller freshness :)

I'm not justifying their shoddy businsess practices here. If this is true then fuck them. But you should have requested a legal document to sign before giving them anything.

Contract rights are borderline sacred and so many people are missing their importance these days.

Dope tune, for what it's worth.

A certain person named Nick Data arranged for the signing without a contract. he also put my name as Featuring without asking me when it should have been Data & CeLL. Data took our DnB music and released it as all his own too whilst I was seriously ill with cancer.

I don't doubt it for a millisecond.. I've known Nick Data since he was 11 years old and he's never failed to suprise me at how low he is prepared to stoop.

I've had to hear my tracks played by Commix on Fabric Live CD to even know he had released them. eg.' The Causeway'...

YEAH. Im still making lots of beats though I don't know who to send them too after what has happened. Thought Tempa were The Ones...but obviously not since they screwed me as they have done.
