sort of the same idea as future garage.
i want to make old school beats with new drums.
is this already a genre...

i don't know. i am producing old school rap beats.
but with new drum kits. and new / old samples & loops.
i just want to know if anyone else here is doing it.

i don't know how to explain it, i'm not trying to start a new genre.
i just use lex samples and young chop samples. add reverb & delays to old samples.
and use old hip hop/funk loops. slice some vocals and mix. i want to add others who mess with hip hop.
