Wanting to be Part of the community :)

Post by BassNation » Wed Mar 05, 2014 11:14 pm

hey everyone on Dubstep forum! Im a new Promotion channel on youtube and would like to grow my channel as well as help others grow. I just like EDM that is well known and would like to help get it bigger :) I only have 9 subs but have uploaded a video everyday except once and have had it going for about a week. I plan on keeping it going for as long as possible. Any one who wants to partner up and help each other out , you can message me on here or youtube. Even soundcloud. Thanks guys :) (Link down below if you wanna check it out , I dont spam however)

I don't hear any bass.
the concept of "nation" is extremely outdated and a construct of 19th century mythicism and nationalist propaganda.

Never asked for Feedback on the name but ok then. Has no effect on me what so ever on whatever you say about the name , Name means nothing. You make the name mean something when you grow. Thank you for wasting my time.

http://www.dubstepforum.com/forum/viewt ... 1&t=167366
read this.
and understand that there are 3 threads like this every week where peope want to create their new youtube network or w/e. just put the link in your signature (you can edit it in your user control panel) and stop spamming it around (2 threads within 2 hours, cmon), read through the threads, learn about the music and the community and see if you enjoy the ride.

also, learn to take a little rough lovin'.

Don't get it twisted blud. Honestly, most of the members (minus production) of this site aren't going to be into that kind of music. If you look at the rules you see that you can't even make threads promoting your channel.
RULES wrote: 5. VIDEO COLLECTION CHANNELS
The solicitation of the forum membership by online video (YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, or similar) site channels looking to establish enormous tune collection's, regardless of whether said tunes are signed, or unsigned, is NOT allowed anywhere on this site. This is for the main reason that the motivation behind these channels cannot be established. Any threads created by channels looking to build massive collections, or looking for subscribers, will have their threads deleted. If we see a pattern of consistent solicitation by these sort of channels then the forum member responsible, and all associated member accounts, will be permanently banned. However, it is important to emphasize the distinction between online video channels created by already established and known labels or producers looking to promote their own discography. These channels are the only kind allowed to solicit.

your attitude is all wrong. you need to lurk more. as others stated in your first thread, you are one of several people who come to this site weekly making an introduction thread, linking to a youtube channel/soundcloud with brostep and then wondering why they're getting trolled hard.

the fact of the matter is this site is primarily comprised of people who are A) jaded dubstep elitists who despise brostep and B) people who have moved on to other genres of music and still despise brostep. both are used to (and dead tired of) reading these threads week in and week out, clicking these links hoping to maybe, MAYBE find something that isn't generic brostep. there was nothing to single out because the tunes on your channel are the same brostep circulating youtube that everyone is already familiar with thanks to the last dude that came through last week doing the same shit you're doing, and the dude before him and so forth..so your name is getting bagged on. sucks, i know.

you should have left out the youtube link, and just been super humble. then disappeared except maybe to pop up in the production forum or something with questions, or contributing to some discussion with absolutely zero reference to your own material or youtube channel. even then you might still get destroyed by regulars. people are cold here.
