Reverse Polarity Snare???? (Image Included)

Hey guys, long time no see haha.
I am making a track and I noticed that my snare has a weird characteristic to it when I look at the wave form, I usually see it above and not below, should I be worried about this? I never reversed its polarity during any processes and was wondering if anyone could enlighten me in why I should fix this problem? Or, if this is actually a problem? Cheers

P.S. anyone have any tips to make this drum pattern even more consistent in levels and less spikes in peaks? I'm trying to make the cleanest track I've ever created. Thanks!

The snare: highpass it. It's probably got low end rumble that doesn't need to be there.

The drums: add a limiter or softclipper, and clip it gently.

saturation, eq, compression, panning will give you the clean track. easy on the reverbs and serious clashing elements. it's really not that hard. as for the snare try forcing it into mono.

The less effects you wisely use, the cleaner your mix will be.

Thank you guys for the replies. I must say, I have everything pretty clean to be honest. I sidechained majority of my drum elements (percs, hats, rides etc etc) to my kick and snare. My kick is in mono, my snare is also in mono with a high pass at around 200hz since it hits at 240hz, my kick hits around 40hz. But I've also added a second layer to my snare that is a tad wide with little to no low end or mid lows. Perhaps I should compress them together better to control the peaks? I just don't understand why my snare has reverse polarity and some kicks peak much louder than the rest when it has no reason to. it's annoying. Cheers!
