The dancer's concerns about fracking and GM food may be noble, but how will he fare in the 2015 general election?

The main reason I have decided to run as an independent MP for Salford and Eccles is because I've quietly been living a permaculture existence for the past three years. I'm a beekeeper and take beehives into schools, along with juices and organic vegetables. I am trying to get permaculture on to the national curriculum to teach children how to take care of their own health, rather than relying on businesses to feed them.

I've been calling myself a revolutionary as I have given up all personal ownership, have started living a certain way and have been shouting about changing things. But then I realised it's not a revolution I need: I should contribute. There is a system set up that we live in, and I've got to use that system and fight the revolution from within. It's about taking steps against the bankers, corporations and people trampling all over human rights.
I hope he wins! I think he'd be sick as an MP because he's not going to pull all the party politik bullshit

Sounds good, any chance tho once he gets in, if he does that is, that the system just doesn't turn him into another puppet

I was a sound recordist/boom operator for a short original film in Manchester which had Bez in it. Him trying to remember a few simple lines was as if he was trying to recite Shakespeare lol. He also kept blazing spliffs during takes :Q:

It would be interesting to see Bez debating in the house of commons, I'm sure he puts on quite a Performance but to be honest I think Shaun Ryder could probably Do It Better. I'm struggling to imagine that Bez could even keep it together long enough to be an effective MP considering the amount of drugs he's taken has left him virtually Braindead. I suppose if he does get elected you'll have to just give it up to the guy and Clap Your Hands, I mean he'd certainly be a bit of a Loose Fit in parliament and I doubt his views would be in Harmony with many other MPs but he'd probably be a better PM than Cowboy Dave though.

So, residents of Salford, if you want a man with politics (and drugs) In The Blood to be your MP then on election day just Step On down to the polling station, Bring A Friend, cast your votes for Bez and Bob's Your Uncle you'll have a Happy Monday as an MP, Hallelujah!
