Bristol producer Addison Groove has shared a new look into his home studio, taking Music Radar around his compact space and going into detail on the ways in which his hardware and software work together. Beginning with the 808 drum machine—a cornerstone of Addison Groove's sound—the UK talent takes just over 30 minutes to discuss the various pieces of hardware he keeps in his arsenal, covering how each piece is utilized in both his production setup and live sets. Furthermore, the producer goes on to explain much of the signal flow which allows the software and hardware in his studio to work together, even launching into a few demonstrations during the course of the clip. The full studio tour can be watched above.

Cool video. I've known the name for a long time, but I will have to check out some of his tunes. I know I have heard some before.

Yes. But if you think about it there is a ton of stuff you can do with his setup before anything even hits the computer. It doesn't take much. When people have these crazy studios packed full of gear and 17 and half patch bays to route/control everything...I feel like I would get just as lost in that as I do in my DAW at times.
