Skrillex - Breakn' a Sweat - Sound replication

At 0:30, there is a sort of rising siren noise that I'm having a difficult time trying to recreate. I've tried Massive's comb and scream filters amongst other things, and haven't even got close. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!

My best guess is that you need to be using FM synths like FM8, not massive.
