New tunes [Dubstep]

After talking to a lot of producers, and people. I have remade / mastered a bunch of my old tunes and produced a few new ones. I'm planning on getting a bandcamp EP together to raise some money so i can buy a keyboard as well as semi-decent pair of speakers or headphones. Link to the tunes and soundcloud below, tell me what ya think, and keep the vibes rollin! Any feedback / criticism appreciated!

******* After some more helpful feedback, see my latest post for the revised tracks below! *********

Don't take this the wrong way, but i doubt you will get much money via bandcamp without a decent following already or some big name support.

on the tunes:

dark-omen was the stand out, the fast lfo on the sub (most noticeable at the second drop) is something i would incorporate more, the main thing holding you back is the percussion is very ridged, dubstep needs swing and an almost unpredictable feel to the drums (small edits etc) so they don't feel loopy and an almost live element.

Best of luck with the EP

Study somone like Kahns drums if i were you,

^ nice feedback
Madman Rollah was my favoruite, and I agree, the drums need more variation. This is also a problem I come across in my unfinished tunes :(

Hey guys, thanks for the awesome feedback!

Yeah, I tend to get lazy towards the end of my track with the drum variations, I'll take some more time when switching things up to get that "surprise" drumsound.

And with regards to the Bandcamp EP crusade (lol) I know I wont make much, but at the moment a good 20.00 is a help, I spend all of my money on rent/internet/cable, and the last little bit I have left usually goes to food. That college life.

I'll hit ya back with some new tunes soon, I'm going to revisit some of the ones I've gave up on and remake the drums.

Edit : Also gonna revisit these tracks drums, I've got some new ideas now :D

Dark Omen
Was feeling this one, the bassline was nice and bouncy. The only thing I'd say is put some different variation in the bassline on the second half of the tune so it doesn't feel like it's practically a repeat of the first half. It's a short song though so it's not that big of a deal.

Banished
Nice manipulation with the sub on this one, didn't really like the top end of the kick though. The little atmospheric synth was a nice touch.

Madman Rollah
This one is tight, the orchestral leads were on point! Only suggestion is to bring the snare out more.

Revelations
The synth on this one was nice but I'd say change the bassline up a bit more. The second bassline that came in seemed to get really messy too.

Anyways big ups :Q:!

Thanks for the Feedback Sov, I was thinking the same sorta thing about the kick in banish and the snare snap in madman, but was hesitant to change it up.

I'll work on not re-creating the mistakes with the bass on rev and dark omen, stay tuned for new tunes!
