Your Favourite Computer Games

Post by karmacazee » Tue May 27, 2014 11:20 pm

Yes, I said computer games, not video games.

Anyway, what are your favourites and why?

1. Alex Kidd. This was the only game we had for months until my brother's birthday in March because our parents didn't really understand how the Sega Mastersystem worked. I don't think the Sega ever got turned off in that three month period, despite the ridiculous heat from the power pack. How fucking hard was that game??? O

2. Half-life. First game I ever got on PC, (apart from Sim City) and still I use the crazy sound FX in my productions :4:

3. Tony Hawk's 1&2 . I had a playstation, and I had only these games and...

4. Driver 1 & 2. Just epic games when they came out, shaped my musical taste, and wasted entire months on them.

5. All GTA's except the latest one as I'm too old and don't have a child old enough to own a console, apparently.

6. Fallout. Best Games Ever.

And a special mention for XIII - I hope that one day they make a sequel and conclude the fucking storyline! David Duchovny, you should pay for it yourself.

I've asked this before, but why has no one done an updated version of Tenchu? Imagine a Japanese feudal landscape to explore, GTA/AC style. Would be SICK.

innit. would be fucking dope, only problem is, all the major game companies are into the whole "futuristic" bullshit

There was sort of a spoiler/hint in the last AC game that one of the future games would be in feudal Japan.
