A time away from things. The unimportant things. The things that you do rather than the things that you want to do. The things that annoyingly have to be done even though you spend much of the time convincing yourself otherwise.
It all gets so tiresome sometimes. Everything playing out the way you designed it to, giving just enough away to give the greatest gift of all...the illusion of free will is a wonderful thing if administered just right. Believing the things that are done matter or actually make some difference to the aforementioned playing out.
A break is needed. Longer than before or maybe not. But a break, nevertheless. Come back with a fresh perspective, or maybe something more drastic. So a few loose ends to tidy up, bodies to hide (that has just reminded me), and bits & pieces to put in order.
