Looking for people to join in the Baking!

Post by whoatedamuffin » Mon Aug 25, 2014 4:53 am

Hello everyone!

In a nutshell, we are looking for someone to join our band!

But first, a bit about us. Who Ate Da Muffin? is a band started by two brothers, Jhon Berger, and Joseph Schultz. We both started producing electronic music when we were twelve, Jhon four years after Joseph. After about two years of Joseph teaching himself sound design, a friend in the UK who worked at the Ministry of Sound until recently taught him pro sound design. Later on, Joseph taught his brother as much as he could, and we decided to start a band! We make UK-influenced stuff, not that EDM influenced stuff(knife party). We love dubstep and bass music, but mostly make Drumstep(like Calvertron), and 140(like chasing shadows or helicopter showdown).

We dont have a musical background whatsoever(though when we get a hold of a melody, we go off like a bonfire), so we would like someone who is good at composition. Also, we would like to find someone who does have some experience in sound design, maybe even more than us(we love to learn).

You would be a full member of the band, and anything we earned would be split equally all three ways, even earns from DJ-ing.

We are based in Seattle, and we have FL studio 11 and Abelton Live 9. You can contact us at whoatedamuffin@gmail.com

Thanks, we look forward to hearing from you!
