If you mean the little girls voice talking about monsters, that's from the film Aliens where Newt is talking to Ripley.

Worst sample ever. I always cut it out when mixing. Doesnt fit the tune imo
apart from that its a very nice track

Or if you're talking about the vocal bit in the intro/bridge thats the voice of Jamie from Kaiju iirc.
